Living near the beautiful Adirondack Park in Upstate New York gives me the opportunity to photograph a wide variety of landscapes, scenics and nature. However, I photograph just about anything that I come across in my travels.
Time really seems to stand still for me when composing and shooting an image. It allows me to look around and really see the world in a way I normally don't otherwise. ....And there really is so much to see. From the widest vistas to the smallest details on a flower, through summer, autumn, winter and spring, there is an infinite variety of worthwhile subjects. A successful image conveys to the viewer the same emotions that I felt when capturing it.
So, slow down awhile and take your time looking through the galleries here. Smell the fresh air, feel the cool breezes and take a mini-break from your busy day. I hope that you get as much enjoyment from viewing these images as I experienced in capturing them.

All photos have been processed on a calibrated monitor to ensure accurate print colors. Therefore, it should be noted that if you're viewing the photos on an uncalibrated monitor, colors on the prints may appear slightly lighter or darker than they do here. Although the images viewed on the site contain a watermark, it is removed from, and does not appear on any prints you order.
